Garmin Edge 1030 Plus

The Garmin Edge 1030 Plus is a high-end GPS bike computer with a large 3.5-inch color touchscreen display and a comprehensive set of features. Lezyne Super GPS

Review
Lezyne Super GPS Review

I have had this device for a little over two weeks and have used it on several rides. It is very intuitive to use. The computer will pick up the satellites very quickly, even when I am in the basement getting my bike ready to go. I live in the midwest, so I don’t have any real issues with trees or buildings blocking the signal. The device will also automatically connect to my phone (android) and upload my ride data to the lezyne app as soon as I open the app. The app interface is very user friendly as well.

The mount that comes with the device is very secure. I have no worries about it coming loose and falling off while riding. The only thing I don’t like about the mount is that it covers up most of the button on the side of the device. This isn’t a big deal since the device can be turned on/off without having to access the side buttons, but it would be nice to have full access to them.

The display is very easy to read, even in direct sunlight. All of the information that you need is displayed in an easy to understand manner. My only complaint about the display is that it does not show your current heart rate or power output. These are both features that I would like to see on a cycling computer.

Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. The lezyne super gps is an excellent cycling computer that is easy to use and provides all of the information that I need while riding.

Bryton Rider 530E

The Bryton Rider 530E is one of the newest GPS-enabled bike computers on the market, and it’s packed with features that will appeal to serious cyclists. The device is extremely lightweight and compact, yet it still manages to pack in a large color display. The Rider 530E also has a built-in barometer and altimeter, which are both handy for tracking your elevation gain/loss during a ride.

One of the best things about the Bryton Rider 530E is that it’s very easy to use. The device has just four buttons on the front, and the menus are very straightforward. I particularly like that you can custom-configure the display to show only the data fields that you want to see. This is a great feature if you’re looking to simplify your riding experience and don’t want to be distracted by a lot of unnecessary information.

Another great thing about the Bryton Rider 530E is its battery life. I’ve been using the device for several weeks now and I’ve yet to have to recharge it. That’s pretty impressive, considering that I often leave it on for extended periods of time (e.g., when I go for a long ride).

Overall, I’m very impressed with the Bryton Rider 530E. It’s an excellent bike computer for serious cyclists who are looking for a lightweight and easy-to-use device.

Sigma BC16.12 STS Cadence

The Sigma BC16.12 STS Cadence is a great bike computer! It tracks all of the essential metrics, like speed, distance, time, and cadence, and even has a few extra features, like heart rate and temperature monitoring. The display is large and easy to read, even in direct sunlight, and the backlight makes it visible at night. The buttons are large and easy to press, even when wearing gloves, and the menus are simple and straightforward to navigate.

The bike mount is solid and secure, and the wireless connection is rock-solid. I’ve never had any issues with dropped signals or data corruption. The battery life is also excellent – I’ve gone over two months on a single AA battery.

The only downside is that the unit is a bit on the bulky side, but that’s a minor complaint. Overall, the Sigma BC16.12 STS Cadence is an excellent bike computer that does everything you could possibly want it to do.
